Parrish W. Smith is an educator, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and financial empowerment advocate dedicated to helping people improve their lives through education, leadership, and financial literacy.

With more than two decades in education, Parrish currently serves as an 8th-grade Collaborative Special Education Math Teacher in Alabama, where he works alongside general education teachers to ensure that students with disabilities receive the support, accommodations, and individualized instruction they need to succeed. Beyond the classroom, he mentors fellow educators, develops instructional resources, and is preparing for the next chapter of his career as a school administrator while completing his Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Leadership.

As the founder of PW Smith Solutions, Parrish brings that same teacher's instinct — patience, clarity, and a refusal to leave anyone behind — into tax preparation, bookkeeping, notary services, business consulting, and credit restoration. His own credit journey has become one of his greatest teaching tools: after facing financial setbacks, he committed himself to learning the credit system from the ground up. Through discipline, research, and strategic planning, he rebuilt his own credit profile, strengthened his relationships with financial institutions, and developed proven strategies that he now shares with clients every day.

Parrish's philosophy is simple: financial setbacks do not define your future — education, consistency, and intentional action do. Whether he's teaching a class of students, preparing a family's taxes, helping a client dispute inaccurate credit items, or mentoring a new entrepreneur, his mission remains the same — to equip people with the knowledge and tools they need to create lasting change.

Outside of PW Smith Solutions, Parrish is a published author building a library of books on personal development, financial literacy, leadership, faith, and children's education, and shares practical strategies for resetting and rebuilding through his podcast and social media platforms.
